Job summary

Insight Global in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated schedules across the full program lifecycle—from design and development through manufacturing, integration, and test. This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management to sustain schedule performance and drive on-time execution of complex aerospace programs.

Candidates should have 8+ years as a Scheduler in aerospace, 5+ years with Microsoft Project, experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scheduler in Aerospace, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years total).
• 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Basic SQL queries or data visualization skills (Power BI).
• U.S citizenship is required, due to program requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Infor LN ERP experience.
• Exposure to VBA or Python to automate scheduling workflows.

We are seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated schedules across the full program lifecycle, from design and development through manufacturing, integration, and test. This individual will partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams to maintain schedule performance, identify risks, and drive on-time execution of complex aerospace programs. Experience with Microsoft Project, ERP/MRP systems, and complex hardware assembly environments is required

• 8+ years of experience as a Scheduler in a New Space, Aerospace, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years of total work experience).
• 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience
• Demonstrated ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Basic experience writing SQL queries or building data visualizations (IE. Power BI) to track health metrics
• U.S citizenship is required, due to program requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to plan the program end to end- design and test Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
