Job summary

CI&T is seeking a senior Salesforce technical lead to drive end-to-end implementation, including configurations, custom development, and data migration. You will shape architecture, coding standards, and best practices across the project, while overseeing releases and documenting solutions.

The role requires strong English communication with global teams and deep Salesforce knowledge. Ideal candidates bring Experience Cloud expertise, Cloud deployment experience, and familiarity with REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• Advanced/Fluent English required for technical communication with global teams.
• Experience Cloud and Service or Sales Cloud knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of code versioning and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Understanding of object-oriented concepts and MVC architecture.
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, ETL, Web Services; basic RDBMS knowledge.
