Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant work experience or a 6–10 year track with a Master’s degree.
• Strong understanding of MRP/MPS, capacity planning, and resource leveling.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems and data analysis tools.
• Clear communication across programs, functions, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed weekly/monthly master production schedules across SMT, PCB, coating, test and box-build.
• Analyze forecasts and demand to ensure adequate capacity and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with PM, Supply Chain and Production to align with priorities and milestones.
• Perform rough-cut capacity analyses across lines and ovens to identify bottlenecks.
• Calculate task time to align production with demand and capacity.
• Track real-time progress, adjust schedules for delays, and manage bottlenecks.
• Monitor on-time starts/completions, throughput, and WIP aging.
• Generate reports on schedule conformance, capacity, and demand.
• Lead weekly cross-functional schedule reviews and communicate risks.
• Drive continuous improvements in scheduling accuracy and lead times.
• Provide data-driven insight on forecast impacts and capacity planning.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and escalation for conflicts.
