Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy school.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a practicing massage therapist.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent communication and client rapport-building skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Perform various types of massage (deep tissue, Swedish, sports, hot stone).
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment room environment.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals for integrated care.
