Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of restoration masonry materials, methods, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitors crew work for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinates project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts tailgate safety meetings and enforces safety policies.
• Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects on time and within guidelines.
• Submits timesheets and maintains documentation.
