Foti Contracting LLC in Wickliffe, OH seeks a Project Estimator & Manager for lead commercial masonry projects. The role combines estimation with on-site management to drive profitability and timely delivery on union projects.

You will take ownership from takeoff to site delivery, working with long-tenured professionals in a supportive environment that fosters long-term careers and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating construction plans, drawings, and cost specifications for commercial projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% outside a 30-mile radius of Wickliffe facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed material takeoffs, labor estimates, and bid proposals for commercial masonry projects.
• Manage full project lifecycles from pre-construction bidding through site delivery.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field supervisors for purchasing and logistics.
• Review blueprints, specs, and change orders to maintain accurate financial scope.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams to ensure contract alignment.
• Build relationships with commercial clients, general contractors, and union leaders.
