Are you looking for a Mask layout Design Engineer role? We are seeking a Senior Mask Layout Design Engineer! Someone excited to join a growing and diverse team responsible for high-speed mixed-signal circuit designs.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing physical layout for mixed-signal functions such as PLLs, high-speed SerDes, Analog to Digital converters, and ESD structures in state-of-the-art sub-micron CMOS technologies using Cadence tools.
• Collaborating with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers to customize designs for VLSI product integration.
• Participating in floor planning, custom layout, and verifying designs against rules and schematics.

What we need to see:

• BSEE or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years proven experience in Mask and Layout Design.
• Deep understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies.
• Expertise with Cadence custom circuit design tools, particularly Virtuoso.
• Experience with verification tools such as Dracula, Hercules, Calibre, and Prime-yield for debugging and verification.
• Strong team collaboration skills, interpersonal skills, passion, and positive energy.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Skill, etc.
• Knowledge of DRC and LVS checking flows and the ability to customize decks.

The base salary range is $104,000 - $195,500 USD, determined by location, experience, and current market pay. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
