Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior MarTech Consultant, Technology Strategy, to shape and deliver technology strategies aligned with business goals. You will define roadmaps, assess current capabilities, and design future-state architectures enabling innovation and growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-level stakeholders, and drive digital transformation through scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Strong business-technology alignment and ability to develop roadmaps.
• Experience in assessing and optimizing technology architectures (cloud, microservices, API-driven).
• Knowledge of AI, blockchain, IoT and business applications.
• Proven ability to work with C-level executives to drive technology transformation.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps, with focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Assess existing technology landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Define enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional execution of technology initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technology strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technology investments and capabilities.
