Job summary

Publicis Sapient, a digital transformation partner, seeks a Senior Consultant L2 to shape and deliver technology strategies aligned with client business goals. You will define roadmaps, assess current capabilities, and design future-state architectures to enable innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of business and technology alignment, with the ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
• Experience in assessing and optimizing technology architectures, including cloud, microservices, and API-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT, and their potential business applications.
• Proven ability to work with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive technology transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
• Assess existing technology landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Define enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of technology initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technology strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on technology investments and digital capabilities.
