Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is seeking an experienced online relationship and marriage-focused coach. This role requires confidence to challenge clients, translate complex emotions into actionable steps, and guide individuals or couples through conflict toward reconciliation.

You will hold space for difficult conversations, deliver 1:1 and group sessions, and contribute to ongoing improvement of coaching frameworks in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Coached individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress — balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way.
• Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics.
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program.
• Direct experience in relationship or couples coaching; certifications such as ICF, Gottman, EFT are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brief and strategic 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on relational dynamics, emotional regulation, effective communication, and personal accountability.
• Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks.
• Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability and leadership.
• Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys and identify resistance patterns and breakthrough moments.
• Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis.
• Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes.
