Job summary

Capgemini, a global leader in technology and consulting, seeks an Adobe Marketo Sr Developer to advance marketing automation initiatives in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC. You will architect Marketo solutions, integrate Salesforce and AEM, and drive data-driven campaigns with measurable impact.

You will mentor teams, lead strategic initiatives, and deliver scalable implementations that improve lead nurturing, attribution, and revenue growth across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in marketing automation, with at least 3+ years in Marketo architecture and leadership roles.
• Expertise in Marketo configuration, API integrations, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurturing.
• Proficiency in data governance and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Marketo architecture aligned with business goals.
• Develop integration strategies with CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), CMS (AEM), and other Martech platforms.
• Build and manage campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and forms in Marketo.
• Oversee A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with email deliverability and data privacy standards.
• Customize Marketo using APIs, custom objects, and advanced configurations.
• Conduct audits and performance reviews to optimize system efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to marketing and sales teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance.
• Analyze data to improve lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
