Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing writing or copywriting experience.
• AI-first mindset with fluency in AI writing and ideation tools.
• Experience writing to security and IT leaders.
• Proven ability to write for multiple audiences and funnel stages.
• Experience with complex, technical, or B2B topics.
• Strong editing, clarity, structure and quality.
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling and messaging strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop campaign concepts from idea to execution.
• HubSpot experience helpful but not essential.
• Understanding of SEO/GEO content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality marketing copy across channels: websites, emails, blogs, social, ads.
• Craft sales/marketing emails, nurture sequences, and event campaigns.
• Own and evolve brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Lead messaging frameworks for initiatives, launches, and thought leadership.
• Champion the narrative of the platform evolution into messaging that resonates with leaders.
• Bring AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, and testing while preserving brand voice.
• Develop original creative concepts for integrated campaigns.
• Edit and elevate copy from other writers and contributors.
• Leverage performance data and audience insights to improve content.
• Ensure copy aligns with business goals, audience needs, and SEO best practices.
• Stay current on content trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
