Fivetran is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations & Technology Manager in Austin, TX. You will architect and scale the marketing tech stack, owning integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, enrichment tools, and data warehouses.

The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems Engineering, and Analytics, driving measurable impact. You’ll apply AI-driven marketing workflows, governance, and scalable processes to accelerate demand, attribution, and insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing tech, operations, or related systems in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience with Looker, Hex, Fivetran, Census.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing and revenue tech ecosystem.
• Architect integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, enrichment tools, and data warehouse.
• Advance AI applications using OpenAI and Claude for marketing ops.
• Design lead lifecycle infra to improve speed-to-lead.
• Operate lifecycle and demand programs at scale.
• Build attribution, experimentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish data governance and observability.
• Translate GTM requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing tech as strategy evolves.
• Create docs and governance to improve adoption.
