Job summary

IA Interior Architects seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator for its Corporate Marketing Studio in Chicago, IL or Austin, TX. This role focuses on marketing plans, research, and creating strong proposals to support the firm’s interiors-focused practice.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in marketing support within architecture/interiors, strong communication, editing skills, and hands-on experience with MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop and HTML.

Qualifications

• BA in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years’ experience in marketing support of interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively with and through employees without managerial authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to edit and proofread.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans with Director of Global Marketing and office principals.
• Conduct market and prospect research.
• Lead proposal process from strategy to writing and production.
