JoVE is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth in our Biopharma business. This cross‑functional, hands‑on role blends go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, content, customer advocacy, industry engagement, and sales enablement.

You will partner with Biopharma Sales to target audiences, channels, and opportunities, turning insights into programs that drive awareness, engagement, and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience marketing to Biopharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or related scientific markets preferred.
• Proven track record delivering on lead generation and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Proactive, experimental mindset.

• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform GTM strategy.
• Identify new channels and opportunities for JoVE to reach and engage Biopharma audiences.
• Develop account-based campaigns for strategic accounts and priority segments.
• Build a Biopharma content calendar aligned with customer needs, industry trends, and commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities for JoVE leaders, customers, and partners to participate in speaking engagements and industry conversations.
• Measure campaign performance and continuously test and optimize programs based on results.

JoVE is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help accelerate the growth of our Biopharma business.

This is a highly cross-functional and hands‑on role at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, demand generation, content, customer advocacy, industry engagement, and sales enablement.

You will work closely with our Biopharma Sales teams to identify the right audiences, channels, and industry opportunities—and turn those insights into programs that build awareness, deepen customer engagement, and generate commercial opportunities.

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 4-7 years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience working in or marketing to Biopharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or related scientific markets is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering on lead generation and marketing influenced pipeline results.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to evaluate performance and make decisions.
• A proactive, experimental mindset—you identify opportunities, develop a plan, execute, measure the results, and improve.
