Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Specialist – Ad Operations will play a meaningful role in leading all executional aspects of paid digital media campaigns – pertaining to tagging, tracking, audience verification, data capture strategy and overall media technology – to ensure the timely launch and accurate execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape; operates with high attention to detail and process orientation; possesses excellent communication skills; and can conceptualize and collaborate across teams. Hybrid schedule is 3 days in office and 2 days from home. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

The Work Itself

Act as liaison with paid media strategy / planning / buying teams, creative partners, analytics teams and external parties (e.g., publisher partners, measurement vendors) regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns. Support all paid digital media trafficking needs by strategically structuring and maintaining media placements, creative assignments and ad rotations within a third‑party ad serving platform. Organize and distribute ad tags and creative assets to end media partners. Generate, append and manage additional tracking components to facilitate advanced measurement plans (e.g., brand lift survey, audience activation, verification). Support daily QA (Quality Assurance) and timely troubleshooting of all media placements, tagging and floodlights / vendor pixels for on‑site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking. Educate and assist internal and external teams on standard trafficking workflows and 3rd party ad serving systems. Work closely with manager to serve as a point‑of‑contact between advertising technology and internal business units. Proactively communicate with all internal teams (e.g., paid media, analytics, creative) at the onset of a campaign kickoff to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements. Effectively balance and manage multiple line‑of‑businesses, campaigns and collaborators. Comfortably navigate a risk‑averse, fast‑paced and dynamic working environment, supporting financial products / businesses.

The Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ad operations experience in trafficking paid digital media buys and managing campaign execution – whether client side, agency side or within the digital industry (e.g., DSPs, ad servers).
  • Experience with third‑party ad verification and survey partners (e.g., Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar).
  • Experience with Mobile App Tracking solutions (e.g., Kochava, Appsflyer, Adjust).
  • Proficiency and hands‑on experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 third‑party ad serving platform.
  • Highly process‑oriented and thrives on strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with efficient multi‑tasking and time management skills.
  • Works well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Innate curiosity and loves problem solving / troubleshooting.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Agility to succeed in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills with a can‑do attitude and desire to get things done.
Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
