As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the marketing leader for SailPoint solutions with some of the largest technology brands on the planet within our Technology Alliance partners.
This dynamic role defines the marketing strategy and leads the execution of the plan with core alliance partners that underpin go‑to‑market strategies, including creation of joint value propositions, content strategies, awareness, events, and demand‑generation initiatives that accelerate SailPoint’s growth globally. A deep understanding of both companies’ product positioning, messaging, target markets, and go‑to‑market strategies is critical. You will support the Technology Alliance Program (TAP) ensuring the broader ecosystem is represented in SailPoint initiatives and support go‑to‑market strategy for these alliances at the program level.
Success requires strong demand‑generation and product‑marketing expertise with strategic partners, action orientation, and a track record of defining and co‑marketing platform‑based SaaS solutions. A strong relationship builder who can cultivate culture, understand the partner ecosystem, enterprise demand generation, and manage cross‑functional marketers is crucial. Thrive in an innovative environment by leveraging AI tools to streamline content execution and research, complemented by a data‑driven mindset to optimize impact. Key stakeholder management and teaming outside of marketing include Business Development, Product, and Partner Sales.
MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required.
Approximately 10% travel required.
Base salary for US‑based employees is anticipated to be in the range $85,800 – $144,550. Additional compensation may include the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission, and equity participation.
