SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Americas Field Marketing Manager – Enterprise Segment for US East & South to drive strategic integrated marketing and account-based programs. You will partner with regional sales and partners to generate pipeline and grow enterprise accounts.
The role requires hands-on field marketing leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to plan events, campaigns, and content across the East Coast region, with 15–25% travel.
We are seeking a dynamic, GTM-driven, and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute strategic integrated marketing plans, programs, and account-based campaigns targeted at Enterprise accounts across the East Coast region. This role requires hands‑on regional and field marketing expertise coupled with a deep understanding of go‑to‑market motions, account dynamics, and the broader market landscape. You will serve as the primary field marketing lead for your territory, driving alignment with sales and partners, and ensuring that programs directly impact pipeline generation, awareness, engagement, and account growth across both new logos and existing customers. As an Americas Field Marketing Manager – Enterprise Segment (US East & South) you will be a critical link between our global marketing initiatives and the on-the-ground sales and partner efforts.
Onboarding for Success
First 30 Days: The initial focus will be on getting situated in the role. This includes understanding the team members, key stakeholders, and existing processes, as well as completing company onboarding and training.
Within 60 Days: You are expected to conduct an initial observation of your region to identify gaps and opportunities. You will also gain an understanding of KPIs, metrics tracking, and reporting dashboards. The goal is to present a preliminary overview of opportunities and ideas for the region.
Within 90 Days: You will develop a comprehensive marketing plan and begin to take action on that plan in partnership with stakeholders.
Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-max, USD): $120,100 - $202,488.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
