A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Platforms and Devices business at Google is the first-party hardware business focused on growing its brands, product portfolio, and consumer experiences to ensure people have the most helpful Google information wherever they need it. We build platforms and design products that help solve real consumer needs in the big and small moments.

As a member of this team, you get to help drive the highest priority initiatives for the Platforms and Devices Marketing organization (PandD) through the Marketing Development Program Management Team (MDF). At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and other factors like skills, experience, and education. 1. Guiding multiple Product and Development professionals through the Marketing Development Framework (MDF) for New Product Innovations (NPI).
  2. Partnering with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and drive timelines, ensuring on-time handoffs across Global, Regional, and Local (GRL) teams in Global/US, EMEA, and APAC.
  3. Driving efficiency and consistency in go-to-market strategies by collaborating with teams such as Retail, Digital, and Social, acting as the link between global brand strategy, creative, media, production, and regional/local teams.
  4. Leading weekly cross-functional meetings with multiple stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams to ensure timely reviews and handoffs.
