Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Senior Production Artist to lead the production of corporate collateral, including white papers, brochures, and website materials, in a fast-paced environment. You will manage projects, work with internal clients, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.

The role requires ten years of professional design experience, strong typography and prepress skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear graphics.

Qualifications

• Formal training/experience in typography, production and prepress skills.
• Excellent oral, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work on both Mac and PC platforms.
• Willingness to learn digital content management systems (SiteCore, ClickDimensions, Cvent).
• Background in the financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing team to produce design from start to finish.
• Align with Design Director to uphold brand standards across mediums.
• Work with editorial team to ensure copy and design communicate clearly.
• Coordinate with project management and operations to deliver production-ready materials.
• Create and update branded templates for corporate collateral.
• Maintain quality control for file preparation and press-ready mechanics.
• Retouch digital images as needed.
• Track work against defined schedules and keep stakeholders informed.
