Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business/engineering/food science preferred.
• 7–10 years in category management and procurement.
• Experience with marketing spend categories and SAP ERP preferred.
• Strong negotiation, cross-functional influence, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable savings in consumer products or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Leads sourcing strategies for Brand Advertising and Consumer Marketing categories.
• Manages RFPs, supplier negotiations, contracting, and category management.
• Drives value through supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and innovation.
• Oversees spend up to $100 million across Media, Agencies, Packaging, Production, and more.
• Builds cross-functional partnerships; negotiates MSAs and KPI-based arrangements.
