Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for Brand Advertising and Consumer Marketing, including RFP management, supplier negotiations, contracting, and category management. You will manage up to $100 million in annual spend across Media, Creative and Content Agencies, Packaging, and Influencer Marketing.

The ideal candidate has deep marketing procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Category Management and Procurement.
• Experience with SAP ERP preferred and marketing category expertise (Brand Advertising, Consumer Marketing, Media).
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements long term Brand Advertising & Consumer Marketing spend strategies and sourcing pipelines.
• Leads negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationships to optimize spend and value.
• Manages RFP/RFQ processes and measures year over year savings with Finance.
• Collaborates with Legal and Marketing to ensure contracts meet business needs and service levels.
• Supports risk management and adherence to procurement policies across the organization.
