Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives across Strategy and Creative teams from concept through delivery. This role is based in Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati) with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You will drive prioritization, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality execution aligned with brand objectives, partnering with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and PM leadership to balance

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience across marketing and creative initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and balance priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for project management processes and tools across teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and delivery.
• Prioritize work with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and PM leadership to align timelines.
• Lead complex cross-functional marketing initiatives ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Act as primary contact throughout the project lifecycle with proactive stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, steering committees, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations in Hive.
• Monitor capacity and balance workloads across internal and external teams.
• Support intake, prioritization, and planning to focus on high-value initiatives.
