Ferguson is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from kickoff to delivery within the Own Brands Group. The role focuses on prioritization, process consistency, and delivering high-quality work aligned with business objectives.

Based in Erlanger, KY with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will partner with Strategy, Creative, and PM leadership to balance workloads and communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Hive, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to teammates across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for project management processes; drive adoption and consistency across teams.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and PM leadership to prioritize work and align timelines and resources.
• Lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives across Strategy and Creative teams; ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact across the project lifecycle; manage risks and resolve roadblocks.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, steering committees, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations in Hive.
• Monitor team capacity and balance workloads across internal and external partners.
• Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and planning discussions to align with business goals.
