What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize HubSpot processes across marketing, ensuring effective governance
- Oversee lifecycle marketing and integration between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Support campaign setup and maintain accurate reporting for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow optimizations and tech tool support
- Document best practices for newly implemented marketing technologies and provide user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- HubSpot certification
- 3+ years of experience managing the HubSpot marketing automation platform
- 5+ years of combined experience in project lead, marketing operations, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
