Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive the execution, optimization, and innovation of our marketing operations and demand generation programs. In this role, you will develop and execute high-impact, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns that support revenue and pipeline goals. Partnering closely across the Marketing and GTM teams, you'll act at both the strategic and tactical levels to conceptualize, build, track, execute, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in HubSpot and has advanced expertise in analytics (HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau) and AI-driven marketing technology. This individual will combine technical mastery with operational excellence to ensure scalable processes, best practices, and actionable insights that empower Marketing and GTM teams to succeed. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with interdependent deadlines and stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Develop scalable workflows, nurture streams, and automate programs that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner across Marketing to deliver campaigns that support revenue and pipeline goals.

Data & Analytics

  • Own marketing data integrity and reporting across HubSpot, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization and executive reporting.

AI & Emerging Technology

  • Integrate and experiment with AI-driven solutions in HubSpot and other Martech platforms to increase efficiency, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of marketing technology trends and identify opportunities to implement innovative tools.

Process & Governance

  • Define, document, and maintain scalable processes and best practices across Marketing Operations.
  • Ensure compliance, data quality, and strong integration between Marketing and GTM Ops processes.
  • Provide HubSpot training, enablement, and support to Marketing and GTM team members.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including GTM, Marketing, and Product—to ensure operational excellence and alignment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency on performance and impact.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements, lead management, and campaign optimization.

Other Responsibilities

  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Advanced experience in data analysis and visualization with HubSpot, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing technology, particularly within HubSpot.
  • Strong background in maintaining scalable processes, governance, and operational best practices.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data management, segmentation, and marketing database health.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with curiosity for innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and privacy best practices.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Demandbase experience is a plus.

Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
