Cinemark is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the end-to-end execution of high-visibility marketing initiatives. You will translate strategy into action, partner with creative, legal, and channel teams, and drive programs from intake through launch.

You will own operational plans, timelines, approvals, and communications, mentoring others while ensuring timely delivery and rigorous process discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of project management experience in creative, agency, or corporate marketing.
• PMP certification and proven cross-functional leadership across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives from intake to launch with solid operational plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with creative, legal, operations, pricing, and other partners to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources, escalating where needed to keep programs moving.
• Coach junior PMs and maintain process discipline across the marketing operations function.
• Serve as the central communications hub and ensure clear, actionable stakeholder updates.
