The position requires guiding project execution, improving workflows, and upholding brand standards while supporting marketing strategy and program delivery nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive marketing operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Plans and coordinates marketing programs across channels including web, email, print, digital ads, social media, and POS.
• Manages workflow across multiple initiatives, balancing resources and deadlines.
• Establishes scopes, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for projects.
• Mentors Marketing Specialists and leads on best practices for project execution.
