Job Description:

Join our team as a Senior Marketing Operations Lead at Phreesia! As a Senior Lead,you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling the performance of our demand generation technology stack—most notably Marketo and Salesforce—to power integrated, data-driven marketing programs. While you will contribute to email execution, your primary role is to enable the infrastructure that drives qualified pipeline growth, nurtures leads and supports end-to-end campaign measurement. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Demand Generation, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Customer Solutions to build automated workflows, campaign processes, and MarTech integrations that support the full buyer journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Optimize and automate core marketing workflows, including email nurture/drip campaigns, MQL creation and routing, lead scoring, and database enrichment

  • Build, execute, and measure email campaigns independently or in collaboration with team members across marketing, content, design, and product functions

  • Act as the technical lead for MarTech integrations, serving as the point-of-contact for any platforms requiring connection to Marketo or Salesforce

  • Manage and improve segmentation strategies, ensuring accurate audience inclusion/exclusion in email campaigns and building new segmentations to support evolving business needs

  • Proactively monitor and maintain marketing database health, improving data quality, deliverability, and compliance

  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate lead handoff, campaign attribution, and funnel tracking

  • Develop strategic recommendations based on performance data and communicate findings to inform future campaign and systems decisions

  • Document best practices, establish scalable operational processes, and provide enablement and guidance to internal stakeholders

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the marketing automation ecosystem to support lead lifecycle, reporting, and personalization goals

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with Marketo and Salesforce, including managing system integrations and campaign automation workflows ; experience with MarTech tools beyond Marketo (e.g., Bizible , LeanData , ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus

  • Interest in or familiarity with the U.S. healthcare landscape, including the unique needs of providers and specialty care segments

  • Deep understanding of demand generation operations, including lifecycle stages, MQL criteria, attribution models, and lead scoring

  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing data quality and build effective segmentation strategies

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and translate them into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate across departments and influence best practices

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities as team and organizational needs evolv e

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Base pay for US is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package . Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process .
