Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead select marketing initiatives for the U.S. commercial team within Rare Conditions Brand Team for SKYTROFA and YUVIWEL.

You report to the Senior Director, Marketing and will drive HCP and patient engagement. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech marketing, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and hybrid work with 3 onsite days per week in Princeton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in marketing or digital engagement roles (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Hybrid: 3-day onsite role in Princeton, NJ.
• Strong brand marketing principles and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to manage projects cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with agency partners and media vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of select marketing initiatives across HCP and patient audiences.
• Oversee day-to-day management of tactical initiatives (congress planning, patient materials, field resources).
• Support disease awareness campaigns and branded content for patient and provider audiences.
• Monitor and optimize customer engagement across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies to produce compliant assets and programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure tactics align with regulatory and compliance standards.
