We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to join our U.S. commercial team, supporting the Rare Conditions Brand Team for SKYTROFA and YUVIWEL. This high-impact role will be responsible for executing both HCP and patient marketing strategies with excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver integrated campaigns and resources that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing.
The estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
