Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager III to lead our marketing efforts for the expansion of Intuit's Workforce Solutions, targeting broader Human Capital Management domains. This role involves driving partner and sales acquisitions within the Intuit ecosystem, developing strategic messaging, tools, and materials to support our sales and partner teams, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy for a diverse range of channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B SaaS product marketing, with proven experience in partner marketing and sales enablement.

Job Requirements

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and upselling.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with accountant partners to drive adoption and referrals.
  • Create and manage content that aligns with our brand and speaks to our customers and partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on insights and feedback.

Must have Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to guide data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Industry Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related product marketing.
  • Prior experience in financial services or accountant-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory, provided there's strong experience in partnership marketing.
