Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream – Complex Spine to join our Spine Global Growth Marketing (GGM) Department located in Raynham, MA.
Reporting to the Sr. Director GGM Downstream, the role of the Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream – Complex Spine is to lead the commercial execution of the spine business’ global strategy pertaining to complex spine, inclusive of adult and pediatric deformity, tumor, trauma and other complex pathologies. This individual will lead a team and partner with key stakeholders to develop strategy and lead downstream marketing efforts to drive overall commercial success for the complex spine portfolio in both the US and globally.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
