This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager ready to step into a Director-levelleadership role, as well as a hands-on Marketing Director who enjoys building and scaling marketing functions.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead and grow a lean B2B marketing function for a payment technology business. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-oriented marketing leader who can drive demand generation, strengthen brand positioning, support sales growth, and lead a small team.

This is a player-coach role with two direct reports. The Director, Marketing will own integrated marketing programs across demand generation, product marketing, brand, events, content, digital campaigns, marketing operations, and sales enablement.

The U.S. office manages both domestic and international marketing initiatives, including trade shows and campaigns. This role will support global marketing activities in markets such as Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. Frequent international travel is not expected, but involvement in planning and supporting global marketing efforts is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals, revenue targets, and market opportunities.
  • Lead integrated B2B campaigns across digital, content, email, events, partner marketing, ABM, and sales enablement channels.
  • Own demand generation programs that improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing with business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or regional marketing initiatives with international sales teams or partners.
  • Knowledge of payment technologies such as EMV, NFC/contactless, mobile payments, or unattended payment solutions.
Success Measures

Within the first 3-6 months, this leader will be expected to:

  • Increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Build scalable marketing programs, processes, and reporting dashboards.
