People Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Health vertical. You will partner with Sales and support teams to lead proposals and craft integrated programs across digital, print, and health care channels.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Marketing. You will develop compelling pitch decks, analyze audience data, and help monetize brands through advertiser partnerships, with a hybrid NYC schedule of three days in the office.

Competenze

4-6 years of relevant pre-sales/digital publisher experience.

About The Position

People Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Health vertical. In close partnership with the Health Marketing team, you will manage daily proposal work, partnering with sales and support teams to play an integral role in the success of our business. As the quarterback to our pitch process, you understand advertisers' business goals, are able to digest and apply audience insights to business problems and ultimately know the most effective People Inc. product solutions to help achieve those goals. As a team contributor, you will support the development process for People Inc. brands and play a proactive role in monetizing our brands' key initiatives with advertising partners.

This position reports into the Executive Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities include

Sales & Marketing Partnership: Develop strong relationships with the Sales, Account Strategy, Research and Production teams, becoming the expert on brand-driven opportunities that can support their business; provide support on client calls, as needed
Proposal Work: Partner closely with Sales, Research, Account Strategy & Design to ensure proposals are delivered on time and clearly communicate our value proposition; provide support on sales calls, as needed; demonstrate a foundational understanding of digital media planning and packaging.
Integrated, Multi-Platform Solutions: Translate client objectives into strategic, integrated programs across digital, print, and point-of-care, and HCP, identifying the right mix of platforms, brands, and capabilities to create cohesive, differentiated partnership opportunities.
Storytelling: Bring ideas to life through well-written and visually appealing proposals and pitch decks that represent our brands, capabilities, and ideas flawlessly; bring seemingly turn-key ad product offerings to life and ensure tactics align with client's marketplace objectives
Data Analysis: Comfortable using audience insights, category data, and past campaign performance to inform partnership strategies and client recommendations in partnership with sales
Proactive Ideation: Support the team in crafting new tentpoles, franchises, and cross-portfolio opportunities grounded in the DNA of our 40+ brands

Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC)

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

The Health Marketing team supports People Inc.'s largest vertical, anchored by Verywell Health and Health. Working across our portfolio of 40+ trusted brands, we develop strategic, insight-led solutions that help clients meaningfully reach and engage patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout the health journey.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required

Experience

4-6 years relevant experience at a digital publisher, with a focus in pre-sales marketing; background in Sales Marketing a plus

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities

Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent in Powerpoint & Google slides)
You're an excellent communicator, who remains poised under pressure and can tailor messages for different audiences
You have an understanding of the publishing landscape, brands, products, media strategy and trends
You are a true self-starter - provide proactive ideas, understand organizational goals, and move initiatives forward
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You have a positive, 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and partner with various teams internally
You are communicative, adaptable, fun, and a good human being to work with
You share context early, give and receive constructive feedback gracefully, and prefer over-communication to silence.
You remain level-headed when priorities shift and approach unexpected challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
