You will lead campaigns across SEM, ABM, webinars, events, and digital channels, while managing budgets and resource allocation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Remote work is supported for USCAN markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a scientific, clinical, or healthcare setting.
• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, budget management, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading a regional marketing organization within a global business.
• Knowledge of US/Canada life sciences markets and ABM, SEM, webinars, events.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the USCAN marketing team to deploy integrated campaigns (SEM, ABM, webinars, events).
• Collaborate with sales and global marketing to meet USCAN objectives.
• Generate insights from campaign data to optimize ROI and revenue.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with governance and reporting.
• Present marketing performance in operating reviews with actionable outcomes.
• Partner with Strategy, Content, Brand, Ops to plan launches and go-to-market efforts.
