Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau/Power BI experience.
• SQL or similar querying experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis that informs franchise strategy, growth planning, customer segmentation, targeting, and field execution priorities.
• Synthesize marketdata into executive-ready recommendations and actionable business decisions.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks toidentifyperformance gaps, root causes, and growth opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, scenario planning, financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analyses to support annual operating planning and investment decisions.
• Lead analytics workstreams for strategic initiatives, product launches, and key business priorities.
• Partner across marketing, sales operations, clinical, health economics, finance, and field leadership to address business questions and influence decision-making.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a concise, compelling, and action-oriented manner.
• Improve commercial data platforms, reporting consistency, and analytics processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.
• Prioritize and execute ad hoc analytical requests while balancing speed, rigor, and business impact.
