Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Downtown Seattle office is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The role supports strategy, execution, and performance of omnichannel campaigns and brand initiatives throughout the year, coordinating with Media, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to ensure on-brand assets and effective content linking to destinations that drive engagement and conversion.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Three or more years of marketing experience; jewelry industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to be nimble, collaborative, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development and execution of Ben Bridge and co-op marketing plans.
• Partner in campaign development and coordinate production activities (photoshoots).
• Evaluate creative with internal teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns showcasing the right product mix.
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics and post-mortems.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and customer list requests.
