Position: Senior Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and production of proposal, interview, and marketing materials, including layout and branding adherence.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams, project managers, technical staff, and business development leads.
  • Evaluating content, writing non-technical text, and editing all marketing communications for clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Leading interview presentation development and coaching teams.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and developing strategies for pursuits.
  • Managing data in company systems, including pursuit info, project profiles, and marketing files.
  • Coordinating conference attendance and sponsorships.
  • Supporting business development and client relationship strategies.
  • Mentoring team members on marketing best practices.
  • Monitoring industry websites for solicitation opportunities.
  • Assisting with proposal and presentation filing.
  • Supporting client relationship and financial systems management.
  • Arranging professional photography for projects.
  • Developing and implementing client plans and capturing market share.
  • Gathering client feedback and supporting go/no-go decisions.
  • Supporting content marketing campaigns and digital content creation.
  • Creating marketing collateral and supporting conference sponsorship benefits.
  • Maintaining inventory of branded materials.
  • Developing internal communications and planning internal meetings.
  • Articulating HDR’s capabilities and advantages.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement processes.
  • Willingness to travel to HDR NY/NJ offices.
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Local candidates preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of completing projects independently.
