Job summary

Perkins&Will is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator in Dallas to lead proposal development, coordinate packages and presentations, and manage marketing collateral in alignment with Perkins&Will brand standards.

You will collaborate with the graphics team, support business development, manage social media and website content, and help analyze market trends to strengthen the firm’s competitive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• SMPS and LEED GA preferred but not required.
• Strong research, writing and design skills essential.

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Perkins&Will, you will:

• Contribute to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
• Collaborate with corporate graphics team to maintain a standard of graphic design excellence across all efforts.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications, packages, and presentations for prospective clients with small and large projects.
• Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
• Participate in cross-disciplinary meetings to align ideas, production, and timeline.
• Draft, edit, organize, and proof various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces, and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards.
• Research clients, market trends, and background information to contribute to fully understanding the local competitive landscape.
• Navigate and guide interview team dynamics and processes
• Manage social media accounts and website content updates.
• Manage project and client data in firmwide databases.
• Coordinate events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns, and award submittals.
• Initiate strategy behind the collateral content.
• Support firmwide initiatives.
• Keep open and clear communication.
• Use storytelling to enhance marketing strategy.
• Use a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
• Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
• Proactively ask questions and expresses curiosity about the industry at large.
• Effectively coordinate teams, potential clients, and consultants in project pursuits and other marketing efforts.
