Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to drive brand visibility and internal/external engagement across channels.

You will oversee content creation, digital media, and branding initiatives, while leading a team to deliver high-quality communications in alignment with corporate goals. The role requires senior-level corporate communications experience, proven leadership, and familiarity with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive corporate communications experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role managing direct reports.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to motivate and direct teams in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools- preferred.
• Construction (A/E/C) industry experience - strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise-wide content strategy from concept through execution to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine communication strategies and prioritize impactful approaches.
• Lead writer for internal corporate communications and executive content across channels.
• Oversee corporate website content and development of social media strategy.
• Coordinate marketing brochures, newsletters, and investor relations materials.
