Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years of work experience or HS diploma plus 6-9 years.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-driven marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provides operations support, including adherence to budget, invoice processing, and project management within scope of the role.
• Executes web, display advertising, job board management, email marketing, SEO/SEM and social media efforts.
• Applies marketing channels to build business opportunities.
• Tracks, analyzes & reports marketing results including email, social campaigns and web analytics.
• Maintains marketing calendars and schedules for campaigns and events.
• Helps develop and implement content strategy for blogs and campaigns.
• Initiates and leads marketing campaigns.
• Develops and sends ongoing email communications and job alerts.
• Provides marketing support to sales operations and internal teams.
