Position: Senior Marketing Broker in Atlanta, GA

This is an in-office position. None of our roles are commission-based or involve cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a communication point with the Production Team, providing coverage and program design advice.
2. Share market and product knowledge related to classes of business with brokers.
3. Assist brokers in client meetings as needed.
4. Prepare and submit proposals for complex or hard-to-place accounts.
5. Negotiate with carriers for optimal programs.
6. Oversee proposal drafts and coverage confirmations.
7. Maintain relationships with key carriers in the Strategic Market.
8. Monitor carrier performance regarding service and commissions.
9. Participate in networking events with retailers and underwriters.
10. Respond to underwriters and retail producers' requests, resolving issues satisfactorily.
11. Assist in training Associate Brokers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of wholesale insurance experience.
• Deep knowledge of property insurance.
• Understanding of risk selection and coverage principles.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
