What You'll Do

  1. Engage in collaborative problem-solving with senior engineers to enhance technical processes.
  2. Design and implement marketing journeys leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  3. Seamlessly integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with various data sources and platforms.
  4. Optimize marketing operations by automating email and push notification workflows, ensuring continuous calibration of campaigns to enhance engagement and performance.
  5. Develop and generate custom reports while managing data exports to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  6. Work collaboratively across business functions to develop technical solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and Interaction Studio.
  7. Proactively monitor sales and marketing automation processes, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.
  8. Stay informed about product updates and assess their implications for the business, ensuring the organization leverages the latest features and improvements.

What You'll Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of work experience is required, with a strong focus on the design, development, and implementation of marketing projects involving data and engineering.
  3. 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  4. Familiarity with agile software delivery methods and strong critical thinking skills.
  5. Experience with developing AMP Script is required, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or a combination of these technologies is highly advantageous.
  6. Extensive experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud through cloud connectors, data extensions, and external systems via APIs is highly valued.
  7. Experience with one or more of the following Salesforce solutions is strongly desired:
  • Financial Services Cloud
  • Sales/Service Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • Preferred certifications:
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

    Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 annually

    This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
