Job summary

Ipsos in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide strategic insight in the delivery of research services. You will guide quantitative research design, interpretation of results, and strong client relationship management while handling large data sets and identifying trends.

You will manage all phases of the research process, coordinate partners, maintain budgets, travel to client sites, lead meetings, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of direct market research experience.
• Proven experience building and managing successful client relationships.
• Knowledge of the health and pharmaceutical industry is desired.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from proposal to delivery.
• Manage key operational partners to ensure reliable results are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain a project budget and ensure study operations run smoothly.
• Foster strong client relationships and travel to client sites as needed; lead meetings and deliver insights.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
