Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide strategic insights in quantitative research and to manage client relationships across healthcare projects. You will oversee the full research process, coordinate data collection and reporting, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires 6–8 years of market research experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of direct market research experience
• Proven experience building and managing client relationships
• Knowledge of health and pharmaceutical industry is desired
• Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget
• Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound understanding of research principles, designs, methodologies
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Travel is mandatory (5%)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from proposal writing to delivery of presentations
• Manage data collection, processing and results reporting with partners
• Maintain a project budget and ensure smooth operation of the study
• Foster strong client relationships and travel to client sites for meetings and presentations
• Provide training, guidance and support to junior staff
