The Supply – Stays team plays a key role in shaping these stays. As a multidisciplinary team, we partner with Hosts to conceptualize and develop high-quality, repeatable, and commercially viable offerings that align with our brand values.
As a Senior Market Manager, your role will entail ensuring the health and expansion of our supply in the Northeast region. This will involve managing Hosts and acquiring high-quality inventory. Your focus will be to enhance Airbnb's market presence in your designated region through collaboration with other teams and leveraging your expertise on the local market. With a deep understanding of Airbnb's mission and values, you will oversee all aspects of supply acquisition and market success, including developing acquisition strategies and managing relationships with strategic partners, including creating new partnerships. You will also develop and refine scalable, localized supply management strategies for both established, competitive markets and emerging, untapped markets, aiming for long-term success.
This is a remote-eligible role with some required travel. Must be based in NY, CT, NJ, MA, or DC. Currently, employees cannot be located in certain states; check the updated list.

The base pay range is $139,000—$163,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and travel credits. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, in Sales and Business Development, within the Software Development industry.
