Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, market intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in the data center market and broader data economy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and clearly convey complex information.
• Ability to effectively manage and plan projects and resources collaboratively and independently.
• Creative thinker, intellectually curious, innovative and strategic.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and use best judgment in critical decision making.
• Strong team player with a desire to explore new ideas and improve processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, with experience integrating multiple datasets.
