We are expanding our team of business consultants, talent experts, and cultural ambassadors to influence our leadership today and in the future.

A Senior Executive Market Aligned Recruiter for Microsoft AI plays a key role in hiring critical leadership positions and deepening our understanding of the top talent market through research and engagement. This individual is well-connected externally and manages the sourcing strategy for executive leadership talent within Microsoft. The role offers an innovative opportunity to map and connect with the external marketplace and develop targeted sourcing strategies for top executive talent. This position is based in Mountain View, CA, with an on-site requirement of three days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Implement short- and long-term hiring plans for complex organizations, such as AI, Security, Data Centers, etc.
  • Collaborate with executives, HR, and colleagues to identify current and future talent needs, gaps, and market availability, ensuring timely hiring.
  • Develop and maintain external talent maps, competitive strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Engage and prepare candidates, proactively identify potential issues, and create innovative sourcing strategies to generate diverse talent pools.
  • Manage candidate assessment and screening processes, maintain candidate data in systems, and optimize staffing policies.
  • Guide high-level candidates through the hiring process, ensuring their needs are met, and present talent gaps and hiring insights to stakeholders.
  • Represent our culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in sourcing, mapping, or recruiting executive-level talent in AI within a global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years, or Master's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years familiarity with Microsoft tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the US and global talent landscapes.
  • Strong process management, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Expertise in strategic insight, influencing, judgment, cross-boundary collaboration, negotiation, and systems thinking.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and candidate tracking systems.

The typical base salary range for this role in the US is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year, with higher ranges in specific locations like San Francisco and New York City.
