Germer International is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director of Market Access and Reimbursement to refine and execute our commercial coverage strategy for diagnostics, securing favorable payer coverage and coding.

You will lead strategic reimbursement planning, payer engagement, and cross-functional compliance, shaping evidence generation and market access in oncology diagnostics to maximize patient access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years healthcare industry experience.
• 7+ years in reimbursement and market access.
• Diagnostics experience in oncology preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Startup agility in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic reimbursement planning for public and private payors.
• Secure CPT, PLA, or ICD-10 codes as needed.
• Create payor value dossiers and marketing materials.
• Align clinical trial endpoints to payer evidence requirements.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Marketing on reimbursement strategies.
• Ensure market access activities meet healthcare compliance standards.
